As a result, professional content providers such as news agencies and media groups can now deliver content without redundancy in effort, improve delivery times, improve efficiency, streamline workflow and maintain greater control over their Internet content delivery. Traditionally, professional publishers have employed a redundant systems of first developing the content and then sending it on to affiliate sites via email or FTP (file transfer protocol) who then format the content into HTML, PDF or other media types to ready it for the Internet. "Not so with the CPE System" says Timothy Green. Content creators such as news agencies and other media groups, writers, editors and graphic artists simply log on to the CPE System through a simple to use web interface and author their content into a data store. Text, pictures, audio, and videos are stored in the central repository, and can be retrieved and edited at any time by any member of the editorial team. Once the content is finalized, the content is turned "live" and flows from the same central data store into CPE’s pre-designed templates.
